Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the phibet platform. By registering an account or accessing any phibet service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to use phibet. Providing false age information is a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination.
Each player may hold only one phibet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
phibet prohibits any form of fraud, collusion, arbitrage abuse, or use of automated tools. Violations result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on phibet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phibet does not accept foreign currency deposits or process transactions in any other currency.
All phibet bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting to claim offers multiple times — is strictly prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of phibet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phibet ("phibet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phibet website located at phibet.app and all associated services, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, bingo, and any other gaming products offered on the platform (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1.1 Your access to and use of the phibet platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Services.
1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phibet platform and close your account if one has been created.
1.3 phibet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phibet platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. phibet strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The phibet Services are intended for use by persons physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phibet complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that you are not a politically exposed person subject to enhanced due diligence requirements.
2.4 Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of phibet, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any phibet gaming activity.
3.1 Single Account. Each individual may register only one (1) account on phibet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. phibet may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phibet login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You agree to notify phibet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. phibet may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on phibet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phibet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phibet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phibet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phibet wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers are processed within minutes during support hours (8AM–12MN PHT). phibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during support hours. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within 1–3 business hours. phibet does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. phibet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phibet may apply an administrative fee of ₱50 per month to dormant account balances after providing prior notice to the registered email or mobile number.
5.1 General. All bets placed on phibet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published on the relevant product pages of the phibet platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the phibet system. phibet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors.
5.3 Void Bets. phibet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, match abandonment, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.
5.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. phibet is not liable for delays in live data that may affect the acceptance or settlement of in-play wagers.
5.5 Settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. In the absence of an official result, phibet will use its reasonable judgment to determine the outcome.
6.1 phibet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. phibet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), and using automated tools to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
6.4 phibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the phibet platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the phibet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of phibet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phibet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phibet platform without prior written consent from phibet.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 phibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 phibet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
10.1 phibet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phibet reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform.
10.2 Upon termination for cause, phibet may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
10.3 You may close your phibet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending verification requirements.
11.1 phibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity.
11.2 If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available in your phibet account settings, or to contact phibet support to request a temporary or permanent account restriction.

Your use of the phibet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phibet, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
phibet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to phibet's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
14.3 phibet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
